CODE ALPHA d.o.o., trading as Bytecode ("Bytecode", "we", "us"), operates the website bytecode.hr. We are a software consultancy registered in Croatia.

What data we collect

We collect minimal data necessary to operate our website and communicate with you:

  • Contact and qualification submissions: name, work email, company, engagement type, rough budget, and the technical or product details you choose to provide.
  • Website requests: hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, timestamps, browser information, and requested URLs for delivery, reliability, and security.

  • To protect against abuse and security threats

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Contact-form submissions are processed by Formspree, which delivers your inquiry to us by email. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from automated abuse, and Koalendar provides the optional external booking page. Hosting and email providers may also process the minimum data needed to operate the website and respond to you.

Cookies

We do not currently configure first-party analytics cookies or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded on the contact form and processes browser and network signals to check for automated abuse. Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Data retention
