Bookkeeping for Croatian companies
eRacuni.ai brings invoices, bank statements and posting proposals into one workflow. It includes VAT treatment, RRiF accounts and HNB exchange rates.
Accounting teams otherwise spend time copying numbers from PDFs, photos, spreadsheets and bank statements, then checking them against account-plan references before preparing the monthly package. Repeated transcription creates room for mistakes.
What we built
We built the flow from uploaded documents to reviewed postings:
- One review inbox for invoices and bank statements
- AI-assisted extraction of invoice documents
- Proposed VAT treatment
- Account suggestions against the RRiF chart of accounts
- A review step where a person confirms each posting proposal
The accountant reviews the AI's proposals before they count towards a filing. That requirement shaped the review screens.
We also wrote the product narrative around the tools and rules Croatian companies use: Solo, Minimax, BankSense bank statements, RRiF accounts, HNB exchange rates, domestic VAT and EU reverse charge.
The public landing page
We designed a light, spacious landing page with a purple product identity. The copy is Croatian-first and written for the companies preparing their filings.
